I'm new — what should I book first?
If you're coming for cut or basic color, just book directly. For balayage, extensions, color correction, or any big change, book a free 15-minute consult first so we can quote accurately and plan the right approach.
Do you offer a first-visit discount?
Yes — 10% off all haircut services on your first visit. Mention it when you book; it's not retroactive and can't be combined with our other specials.

What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged 50% of the service. Life happens — just call us.

Do you travel for bridal?
Across the Valley, yes — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise. Minimum 5 heads for on-site service.
Which products do you carry?
Olaplex, Kérastase, Davines, R+Co, and Redken Shades EQ. We only retail what we use on the floor.
